Whether you want to get a great workout on a bike path or just ride around town, you can do it on this fast, great looking bike. This road bike has been rebuilt to put you into an upright riding position making it easier to use as a commuter or just giving you the ability to better enjoy the scenery while riding on the road. No detail was overlooked rebuilding this bike. Miyata’s 414 has a beautifully crafted triple butted chromoly steel frame. The bike was completely disassembled, and the frame was refreshed with a deep medium blue metallic powder coat paint. The cockpit was rebuilt with a Nitto Technomic stem, a Bonntrager Satellite trekking handlebar, new TRP brake levers, and NOS Suntour thumb shifters. I put a comfortable Charge Spoon saddle onto the new Uno seatpost. The original crankset was mirror polished. The bike has NOS Suntour 4050 front and rear derailleurs. To give it a smooth ride, It has new Weineman LP18 wheelset and Panaracer Pasela Pro-Tite tires. Lastly, a new brass bell was installed on the stem. Without question this is a sleek, beautiful bike! It just looks fast! This was definitely one of my favorite builds. The bike is basically brand new. The frame, the crankset, and the brakes are original. Everything else was replaced.
